Images are for illustrative purposes only and your product may differ from what is shown online. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. We accept payments via Shopify Payments. We do not accept PayPal.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 1-3 business days for production before dispatch. Estimated delivery is 6-10 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or events outside our control. Full shipping details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window your item may already be in production and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Ivys Lamps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
